The staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The food selection was really good.

The hotel was very spacious and had a good variety of facilities. The staff were friendly and cute, even offering us a complimentary drink upon arrival. The rooms were modern and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The restaurant had a wide selection of food, including different islands with cold meats and salads, and there was also a children's menu available. The bar service was great and there were self-service areas as well. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. We particularly enjoyed the newer pool area, still being upgraded but had a nice bar and friendly staff.

There were a few issues that could be improved. It would be helpful if the hotel provided a map or clearer instructions.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is only a 30-minute walk to the beach and very close to the dunes of Maspalomas. It is situated right at the third roundabout, away from the noise of the nightlife. The rooms are well-equipped and spacious, with modern showers and a decent hairdryer. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is varied and fresh. There are also plenty of areas to relax in the lovely grounds.

Some guests mentioned that the evening entertainment was poor and finished early, which could be improved.

We also appreciated the airport shuttle service, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The room amenities were great, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony with a lovely view. The staff, from the cleaners to the waiters, were friendly and accommodating, and the Manager was always on hand to assist with anything we needed.
